Ladies' golf grabs another win

Ladies’ golf grabs another win for Granite, taking their record to 3-1.
Last Thursday, the team went up against Delano High School, winning by 36 strokes. Final score: GHHS 310, DHS 346.
Third-year golfer at Granite, Bailey Conley said, “This season is going great for our team; we’re getting better and better every time.”
Granite’s number one golfer, Alexis Quiling shot a 51, and number two golfer, Brooke Quiling hit a 64. Number three golfer Bailey Conley and number four golfer, Suheid Cisneros both scored a 68. Number five and six golfers, Jereniss Alcantar and Jazmin Perez also tied with a 59 on 7 holes.
“The only thing that messed up my game was Hole 8, but other than that it was good. I’m glad that we got another win; we just have to keep it up,” said Brooke Quiling after the match.
The Lady Grizzlies will be traveling to River Island for their next match against Strathmore today.
