Quick and Easy Tostadas
By Marie Aromin| 09/25/07 | Grizz Cuisine

Ingredients:
Packet of Tostadas (these are already made and in packages of 10 or more)
Can of Refried Beans
Parmesan and/or Shredded Cheddar (or Mozzarella) Cheese

Optional Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Cabbage
Etc.

These tostadas are easy to make, and taste delicious. I personally make these at home, so it is something I occasionally eat myself, not something I just threw together for this page. So I hope you enjoy this recipe!

First you want to heat up/cook beans as directed on can.
If you want veggies, you can cut them up now.

While the beans are heating, open up the package of tostadas.
Now, if you want warm tostadas you can warm them up several ways…
You can warm them in the microwave.
Or, using the technique I spoke about in the “Fried Tortilla Extravaganza”
You can take the tostada and put it in the oil for a few seconds, flip it over for a few seconds then take it out. (Because we are just heating the tostada, not cooking it, so it’ll only take a few seconds for that to be accomplished.)

Now, once your tostadas and refried beans are done,
You just spoon the refried beans on to the tostada and spread it around.
Now, you get to be creative!
Add the toppings of your desire.

And there you have it!
A fast meal~
Enjoy!

Until Next Time!! =^_^=

Tip: If you like Cheese, than when you’re cooking your refried beans, when it’s heated pretty thoroughly, add as much cheese as your heart desires. And then finish heating the beans. Its very tasty!~
