Yum! Lemon Ice!
By Marie Aromin| 10/02/07 | Grizz Cuisine

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of water
  • About 6+ cubes of ice (med)
  • Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • Tablespoon of Granulated Sugar

Items:

  • A cup or glass to put it in
  • A straw or spoon
  • A Blender

As fall approaches, we all know its getting colder each passing week. And so, as a last tribute to the heat, why not make this lovely ice-cold treat!

First off, if you have ice cubes that are over an inch in length, width, and height wise, then unless you have a really good blender, you might want to put the cubes in a bag and break them into smaller pieces.

Now take out your trusty blender and put the ice, water, lemon juice, and sugar in it. *

(It doesn’t have to be in that exact order)

Then blend away! If your blender has different settings then select the one that you think would work best.

Then there you have it! If you could not completely get rid of all the ice, well if you like to chew ice like me, it should not matter anyway!~

But remember, blended ice melts much, much faster than crushed or ice cubes!
So I suggest using a straw and drink away!

Hope you find it as yummy as I do!

Until next time! ^_^

*If you want to put more sugar (like me, I love sweets!) or more lemon (you sour folks! j/k) or need to add more ice, then you can vary the recipe.

Tip: If you want to try out the flavor before crushing the ice, you can add the ingredients without the ice, stir it, and then see how it tastes. Then continue with the recipe.
