Simple but Good Biscuits
By Marie Aromin| 10/25/07 | Grizz Cuisine

This is a recipe I found on the internet, that I myself use. And so I hope you enjoy it as much as I!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix (this can be found in the baking aisle of stores)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

If you’re not a garlic and/or cheese fan, you can eliminate them, as you please.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

2. Measure biscuit mix into a large bowl. Stir in milk and cheese until a soft dough forms. Drop 9 spoonfuls of the dough onto prepared baking sheet.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. While biscuits bake stir together butter and garlic powder. Remove biscuits from oven and brush with butter mixture.
