College of the Week

California State University, Maritime is located in Vallejo, California off the coast of Morrow Cove. Cal. State Maritime is one of seven universities in the United States that grants maritime degrees. The university works with industry, government, and the community to provide resources and networking for students with job opportunities. Students work hands-on on a training ship called the Golden Bear and gain experience that could be applied for future careers involving working on a ship.
